RETURN PROCESSING TIME

We accept returns requests for 14 days with proof of purchase.

You can drop your parcel off at any DHL service point within 5 working days of receipt of the prepaid label. If you request a home pick-up, you should give the parcel to the courier on the scheduled date and time.

ITEMS CONDITIONS

Item(s) must be intact: they must not have been worn or damaged, they must be clean and with all tags still attached, and include all original, undamaged packaging and any relative accessories received with the order or they may be refused.

Hemmed items, or altered items, may not be returned.

RETURN COSTS

A return fee of €15/£15 will be applied. In case of faulty items, no fees will be applied.
